Pamela will work at Roots HR as the Duty Consultant for our COMPLY service as well as undertaking projects with our clients.
Pamela has developed her HR skills and knowledge through working in the social sector for over 18 years; the majority of which was spent leading the HR team at a regional Birmingham charity and taking responsibility for major change projects and strategic developments with particular emphasis on the Health and Social Care sector.
She is experienced in the full range of generalist HR activities including employee relations, performance management, change management and organisational reviews and restructures, meaning Pamela is well placed to be our Duty Consultant for the COMPLY HR Advice and Support Service.
