Rebecca is an experienced HR professional with over 17 years of expertise spanning a range of sectors including Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, and the Charity sector. She has worked with organisations of all sizes, from SMEs to global multinational corporations. Before transitioning into consultancy, Rebecca held the role of Head of HR at a global technology company, where she led HR, Recruitment, and Learning & Development initiatives across Europe. Today, she continues to support businesses in all aspects of HR, Recruitment, and Training. Rebecca is particularly passionate about Inclusion and Diversity, Employee Wellbeing, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition. She is committed to advancing Neuroinclusion in the workplace and is a qualified Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessor. As a champion of inclusion, she partners with organisations to embed inclusive cultures, policies, and practices that enable every employee to thrive. Based in Hertfordshire, Rebecca lives with her husband and two children. In her downtime, she enjoys unwinding with a good book.

  • BA (Hons) English Language and Linguistics, York University
  • MA in HR Management (MA Personnel and Development), De Montfort University (equivalent to Level 7 CIPD)
  • Associate member of the CIPD
  • Certified Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessor (Level 4) (2025)
  • ADHD Champion (2024)
  • Menopause Mentor (2025) and Certificate in Peri Menopause/ Menopause in the workplace (2025)
  • Allergy Aware trained (2024)
  • Sight Loss for Employers (RNIB)
