Leanne joined Roots HR in 2022 having recently completed her CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management. Leanne is an experienced administrator having worked in a variety of settings including the NHS and the social sector for several years.
Having experienced poor HR systems and management in some of her previous roles and the impact this has on the workforce, this inspired Leanne to learn how HR should be done right. She is passionate about equality and diversity and the importance of creating happy and fulfilling work experiences for all. Leanne is keen to build on her HR skills and knowledge within Roots HR.
