Charlotte is Consultancy Services and Operations Manager and works hard to provide high quality service management including support for the organisation and its clients.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Northampton with a BA (Hons) 2:1 degree in Education Studies and Media Studies. In 2021, Charlotte successfully achieved the CIPD’s level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
