Bev brings senior level HR experience across social care and commercial sectors. She joined Roots HR with a strong background in leading complex HR functions, most recently as Head of HR for a not for profit supported living organisation.
Bev has led HR teams and has been responsible for all aspects of people management, compliance and organisational development. Her experience includes employee relations, restructures, TUPE, regulatory compliance, and workforce development. She is particularly knowledgeable in the social care sector and understands the realities faced by values led organisations operating with limited resources.
Bev is known for her thoughtful, pragmatic and inclusive approach. She is a strong advocate for equality, wellbeing and good employment practice, and works closely with leaders to deliver practical HR solutions that are legally robust and people centred.
