HUMAN RESOURCES AND HEALTH AND SAFETY HEALTHCHECKS

Managers, leaders and Boards of social sector organisations will want to know whether they are legally compliant. Our healthcheck product delivers a human resources or health and safety priority action plan and peace of mind that compliance and better practice in these areas is being achieved.

All areas of compliance are reviewed and a report is produced highlighting acceptable practice and areas of non-compliance. Priorities to address non-compliance are highlighted in order of risk to the organisation.

Our healthchecks are provided as follows:

HUMAN RESOURCES £795 + VAT

The standard HR Healthcheck is provided on site with travel inclusive to organisations in the West Midlands / West Mercia area or by phone and email with an on site option to organisations outside of this area. Healthchecks are provided by a fully qualified HR consultant with experience within the social sector and at senior management level.

Prices for tailored and bespoke areas for healthchecking (e.g. Recruitment and Selection, Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding, Performance Management, Pay and Benefits) can also be provided upon request and are subject to size, location and nature of the organisation.

HEALTH AND SAFETY £795 + VAT

The standard Health & Safety Healthcheck is provided on site with travel inclusive to organisations in the West Midlands / West Mercia area or on site outside of this area.  Healthchecks are provided by a fully qualified HR consultant with experience within the social sector and at senior management level.

Areas covered are:

  • H&S policy
  • Leadership / management and planning of H&S
  • Risk management
  • Assessment of risks relevant to organisation and workforce e.g. driving, lone working, DSE usage, manual handling
  • Fire
  • PAT testing
  • First Aid
  • Accident and Incident recording and reporting
  • Control of activities and implementation of H&S measures
  • Staff consultation and communication re H&S
  • Staff training and development re H&S including induction
  • H&S record keeping

Prices for tailored and bespoke areas for healthchecking (e.g. premises audits, fire risk assessments etc.) can also be provided upon request and are subject to size, location and nature of the organisation.
