Jimmy joined Roots HR in 2021 as one of our consultants following his completion of his master’s in human resources management. Jimmy has previously headed up the HR function for a large national UK charity where he introduced a new HR framework for the organisation. Jimmy is fully qualified and knowledgeable in all matters of people management helping employers manage their HR processes.
Jimmy has a calm and structured approach to resolving issues in a professional and pragmatic way. Jimmy is a strong advocate for equality and diversity and uses this as the foundation to all he does.
Education & Qualifications
Jimmy hold a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and an MSc in Human Resources Management.
