Fern joined Roots in January of 2024, following a career in HR and quality assurance leadership roles within the NHS, education and not for profit sector. Fern is an accomplished and driven strategic leader with extensive experience working at board and senior management level, spending over 18 years in the not for profit sector.
Fern believes passionately that having effective people practices is fundamental in any organisation; leading to a happier, more motivated workforce, that enables the organisation to perform better and achieve more.
