Alison is a results-orientated senior HR professional with a wide ranging career over 30 years in the not-for-profit and private sectors. Alison joined Roots HR in 2013 as an HR Consultant and, in addition to being a Lead Consultant, she is the CEO for the organisation responsible for achieving our mission, vision and social purpose.
Alison also works as a Personal Assistant to Office Dog and Chief Morale Officer Archie, where her varied duties include feeding him treats, taking him on walks and ensuring he has a comfy bed in every room of the house.
Alison has a Post-graduate Diploma in HR and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) the professional body or HR within the UK.
In addition, she holds an ILM Level 5 certificate in coaching and mentoring and is listed on the British Psychological Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) for occupational testing.
