The whole exercise has been a very useful guide for the senior management and Trustees to review our structure and the employee’s wages. The salary benchmarking gave us proper insight into how to navigate giving appropriate salary uplifts to every employee. They also help us draft a Reward Policy for employees, which now opens the doors to having the conversation of reviewing benefits and leaves.
