As organizations grow, the ability to effectively handle the data generated through the management of an employed and volunteer workforce becomes increasingly challenging. At the same time, it is often evident that consistent systems and business processes could simplify regular and routine tasks such as dealing with new starters and leavers, recording qualifications, training, DBS check dates and driving documents, recording annual leave and sick leave etc.
