Document reviews

We will review your existing documents for legal and practical fitness for purpose at the rate of 3 documents per hour   and provide you with a report indicating where these are

  • fit for purpose,
  • fit for purpose subject to minor amendments which can be completed in under 1 hour or
  • whether the document is unfit for purpose and it is more economical to rewrite it from scratch.

Existing terms and conditions of employment, casual, sessional or volunteer agreements, policies and staff or volunteer handbooks can all be checked in this way.

Where amendments are required or the document is unfit for purpose, we will indicate the main reasons for our assessment.  We will also state where we believe a document is unnecessary, or can be merged with another, or indeed where a document you need is missing.

NB This is a popular and highly cost effective service but the actual updates are not themselves carried out within this service.
