Roots HR founder attends Voice '09 conference
Voice '09, the UK's conference for social enterprise was held at the ICC, Birmingham on 10th and 11th February '09 and was attended by Jan Golding, founder of Roots Human Resources cic, a brand new social enterprise based in Worcestershire, providing human resources services to charities, voluntary and community organisations and other social enterprises.
Jan used the occasion to network with other social entrepreneurs and to meet potential suppliers and support agencies who exhibited at the event, including Sarah Crawley, pictured, Chief Executive of i-SE.
"The best part of the event for me was the seminar on scaling up," said Jan. "We are ambitious for ourselves and the organisations we work with and intend to grow steadily over the next 5 years whilst sustaining our commitment to high quality delivery and customer service".
