Success before launch date leads to early recruitment campaign for Roots
Roots HR cic, the UK's first not-for-profit human resources services provider, is recruiting already! Due to shortly-to-be announced success with significant new clients, Roots has recruited two part-time Administrators and three part-time "emerging" or Trainee Consultants who will support Lead Consultants in project delivery through document preparation and research, even though the organisation only began trading during February '09.
Roots HR founder, Jan Golding, explains "We are rigorous and exacting in our recruitment processes because we deliver nothing but the highest standards for our clients. We take newly-qualified or studying HR professionals and match aspects of our work to their knowledge and interest areas, allowing them to gain experience with no risk to our clients.
All work is checked before we share it with clients and our trainees receive coaching and feedback to support them in their development with us. We are proud to be offering such exciting and valuable opportunities to this group who often find it hard to gain meaningful practitioner experience."
