No dismissal is without risk – check it out with us for free...
We were saddened last month to read of the closure of the London-based arts charity Access to Art, because of the costs associated with defending an unfair dismissal claim from an employee. Roots HR was founded because we know that the third sector employs around 2.1% of the UK’s workforce ... but generates over 6% of the employment tribunal cases. There is no research to indicate why this figure is so disproportionate but it does evidence the vulnerability of the organisations in the sector.
