Ann Young, Lead HR Consultant, will talk about the working environment now Covid restrictions have been lifted; helping you to find your organisation’s “new normal”. Ann will cover topics such as the areas for consideration with the ending of the furlough scheme, hybrid working, returning to the office and determining your stance on vaccines and testing.
In addition, Ann will provide some guidance on managing your employee’s expectations when they do return to the office and the current recruitment challenges some employers may be facing.
