Webinar 1 – Furlough Leave, one month in – 3pm, 23rd April 2020
Jan Golding, CEO of Roots HR will lead you through using furlough leave for the sustainability of your organisation, taking you through the most recent updates to the rules and guidance, including timescales, gaining agreement to furlough, roles paid for by public funds, other work whilst furloughed, how to treat annual leave, sickness and absence for childcare and how to bring employees onto and off of furlough (and even rotate them!).
Jan will talk for around 30 minutes during which attendees can raise questions using the Q&A function and these will receive responses in the final 15 minutes.
Webinar 2 – Employee Wellbeing & Home Working – 3pm, 30th April 2020
Alison Smith, Director and Lead Consultant at Roots HR will talk about the importance of employee wellbeing and resilience, with particular emphasis on the significant impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on our wellbeing. She will introduce practical tips and tools that can be used to help manage wellbeing at this time and provide guidance on working from home (which may be new for many employees) and managing a remote team.
