Making an impact
At the end of our first financial year, we are considering how best to reinvest our surpluses to deliver more social impact from the work we do and are consulting with as many stakeholders as possible about this. We would love to hear from you if you have a view on this ... ideas might include a certain number of free of charge or subsidised consultancy hours, free HR training, developing new services that you'd like to see us offer ... so much opportunity.
