Louise Beasley
A big congratulations to Louise who has been promoted to Director at Roots HR. Louise joined us in May '10 as a trainee HR consultant, becoming a Lead Consultant in November '10. Louise manages medium to large size clients for us including the Cardinal Hume Centre, London, Asha Womens Centre, Worcester and Friendship Works in London.
As Director, Louise will take responsibility for areas of business development such as our new Learning and Development service (shortly to be launched) as well as continuing to deliver HR consultancy services. We are delighted to be able to offer such rapid career development in our small organisation. Louise is shortly to complete a post graduate certificate in Personal and Business Coaching with Barefoot Coaching, accredited by the University of Chester. See Louise's profile here.
