Louise is a fully qualified, highly competent and experienced generalist HR Manager with over 10 HR years’ experience, 5 of these gained in small and medium-sized housing organisations in the voluntary sector and 5 within the public sector. Her approach is warm and practical and her style quickly builds confidence and rapport.
Louise holds a certificate in counselling and a post graduate certificate in Personal and Business Coaching.
