Additions to the Roots Team
Roots HR has added another permanent employee to the team in early summer. Louise Beasley joined as Human Resources Consultant for 32 hours per week working initially with our smaller clients and more recently taking on several larger accounts.
Louise is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and brings 10 years HR experience in the public and not for profit sectors, most recently 5 years at a HR Manager level within housing associations that also specialised in registered care and Supporting People services. She has settled in very well and recently covered Jan's extended annual leave with great success. Louise has already worked with many clients and looks forward to speaking to everyone in due course.
Louise says: "I am very happy to have joined Roots HR, and to have been given the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from the third sector. I'm really looking forward to working with you, and hope that my previous experience is beneficial to my clients."
Louise holds a certificate in counselling and is currently researching her next area of study. Louise joins Jan and Diane at the town centre offices in Kidderminster.
