What do we do?
We cover the full range of human resources activities from resourcing through to learning and development, employee relations, pay and benefits and health and safety at both the strategic and operational level.
We pride ourselves on our ability to hit the ground running with technically accurate, practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to civil society, your workforce and the culture and values of your organisation.
We reinvest our trading surpluses to provide free services including:
- a 1 hour free voucher for any civil society organization (or for anyone setting up a civil society organization)
- other pro bono services and free subscriptions, varying from year to year
- general awareness, education and training in people management for civil society organizations through newsletters, factsheets, workshops, training courses and events
As well as employing passionate, highly qualified and experienced HR consultants, we also offer, wherever possible, work opportunities to HR professionals aspiring to work or progress within HR in civil society and work opportunities to those who find it hard to enter or return to employment.
Working with us, organisations will receive sound products and service whilst contributing to the improvement of people management practice throughout the UK’s voluntary sector.
