We scope, plan and deliver identified projects with an HR lead or element to them, working with an identified lead within the client organisation. Examples are:
- Recruitment of trustees, board members or senior managers
- Organisational restructuring and redundancies
- Incoming or outgoing TUPE transfers
- Establishing a learning and development strategy
- Training for line managers
- Investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
- Reviewing performance management systems
- Reviewing pay and benefits structures and policies
Projects are costed and agreed in advance of commencement of work; any additional works arising during the project will be scoped and costed separately.
